Calculus book update

My calculus book is almost complete. I am just starting the final proof read which I expect to take a couple of weeks (I am limiting the amount of time I spend on it each day to avoid missing any errors).

It was originally intended to be mainly based on previous articles, but as I got into it I have added a lot of new material to cover things in more detail and with more examples. It should be available in early November.

It will be digital only, in PDF format so no DRM hassles.
